Plum Creek Village is located in the city limits of Carmel, Indiana in southeastern Hamilton County on property which was formerly the Lynnwood Farm.

 

Our neighborhood is comprised of ninety homes, each built by David Thompson Homes between 1996 and 2002. The typical format of the properties in our community is 2-3 bedroom ranch style homes, low maintenance exteriors with small to moderate sized yards.

 

The community is situated within the boundaries of Plum Creek Golf Club. The backyards of the majority of the homes overlook the golf course and/or ponds and lakes within the course. 

 

The main throughway in Plum Creek Village is Medalist Parkway. The other streets within the community are St. Armands Circle and Marco Point.  MAP
